Exchange Policy
We only offer an exchange in case the product received is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect item delivered
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/video of the product
- Description of the issue
After verification, we will arrange an exchange for the same product.
No Return Policy
Please note:
- We do not offer returns.
- We do not provide refunds.
- Products once sold cannot be returned for reasons such as dislike, size issue, change of mind, or incorrect ordering by the customer.
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for exchange:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Tags, accessories, and invoices must be available.
- Exchange requests made more than 48 hours after delivery may not be accepted.
