Exchange Policy

We only offer an exchange in case the product received is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect item delivered

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/video of the product
  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange an exchange for the same product.

No Return Policy

Please note:

  • We do not offer returns.
  • We do not provide refunds.
  • Products once sold cannot be returned for reasons such as dislike, size issue, change of mind, or incorrect ordering by the customer.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Tags, accessories, and invoices must be available.
  • Exchange requests made more than 48 hours after delivery may not be accepted.
